• Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out Time: Until 12:00 PM (noon).
• Early Check-in: Subject to availability. Charges may apply.
• Late Check-out: Available upon request. Half-day charge until 6:00 PM, full-day charge after 6:00 PM.
• Required Documents: Valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

• Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in date.
• Late Cancellation: Within 48 hours of check-in — first night charge applies.
• No-Show: Full reservation amount will be charged.
• Early Departure: No refund for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Special Packages: Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at time of booking.

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and cash.
• Deposit: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• Full Payment: Due at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Currency: All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Incidentals: A hold may be placed on your card for incidental charges.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee applies.
• Pets: Small pets (under 10kg) allowed with prior approval. $50 cleaning fee applies.
• Visitors: Day visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
• Pool Rules: No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate eviction without refund.
